The ideal candidate will have a strong network with HR heads, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers and possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and generate leads from Captives, Indian enterprises, and other relevant sectors. Develop outreach strategies to engage HR, procurement, and senior management. Build a strong pipeline of prospects using networking, LinkedIn, and referrals. Business Development Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead identification to contract closure. Present tailored IT staffing solutions to meet client needs. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations. Act as the primary contact for client escalations and high-level discussions. Foster long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Market Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities in IT staffing. Provide strategic insights to the leadership team to refine offerings and improve market positioning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
