Role DescriptionThis is a remote role for a Piano Tutor at Bollypiano. The Piano Tutor will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in playing the piano, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Tutor may also be assigned some social media-related tasks if there are not enough students initially. The Tutor is expected to commit a minimum of 6 hours per week.QualificationsGrade 5 in Trinity / ABRSM or have the equivalent playing levelPiano Teaching and Instruction skillsKnowledge of Music Theory and Piano TechniquesAbility to develop and implement effective lesson plansStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in teaching students of varying skill levelsProficiency in playing and demonstrating piano piecesAbility to read sheet musicPatience and adaptability in working with diverse studentsExperience with video recording and editing for social media
