You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our systems, as well as assisting customers with their queries and issues.Responsibilities:Provide 24/7 production support for SaaS solutions tailored to insurance products.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.Collaborate with development teams to address bugs and implement improvements.Conduct system maintenance and updates.Manage SLA and KPI metrics to ensure service levels are met.Perform predictive analysis to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.Document support cases and maintain records of customer interactions.Assist with product onboarding and training for new users.Stay updated with product features and updates.Requirements and Skills:Proven experience in production support, preferably in the SaaS or insurance industry.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiar and experience with Zoho desk and ZadarmaProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
