This role is ideal for someone passionate about market research, data analysis, and storytelling through actionable insights. With 4–5 years of experience, you’ll leverage your expertise to create impactful reports and visualizations that drive business decisions for global markets, including the US and Europe.This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on delivering high-quality research and data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities1. Research & Data Collection:Conduct primary research using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather critical insights.Perform secondary research to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks.Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Design and execute research methodologies to ensure reliable, actionable data collection.2. Product Usage Analysis:Analyze product usage data to uncover patterns, user behavior, and engagement trends.Provide actionable recommendations to improve feature adoption, user experience, and ROI.Create detailed dashboards and reports to track product performance over time.3. Data Analysis & Insights:Leverage advanced statistical tools to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to generate strategic insights.Build advanced Excel models, including pivot tables, to synthesize data.4. Report Writing & Visualization:Write detailed, high-quality market and custom research reports tailored to diverse audiences.Transform complex data into compelling, actionable insights through storytelling.Design visually appealing reports, presentations, and dashboards using advanced visualization tools.5. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data insights that align with business objectives.Customize reports and deliverables based on stakeholder requirements.What We’re Looking ForQualifications:MBA in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in market research, preferably with agency-side exposure.Proven ability to write detailed, insightful data reports.Skills & Expertise:Strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and research tools.Advanced knowledge of Excel modeling (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions).Familiarity with survey platforms like SurveyMonkey is an advantage.Soft Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Keen attention to detail and a knack for storytelling through data.
