You’ll undergo advanced training to master probing and introspection techniques used by top psychologists, trainers, and coaches, enabling you to connect deeply with clients and guide them toward the ultimate solution for their physical and mental transformation.ResponsibilitiesConduct Zoom calls with prospective clients to understand their goals and challenges.Present The Bar’s coaching process, pricing, and unique benefits clearly and persuasively.Close sales confidently and handle client payments seamlessly.Maintain enough calendar availability to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.Be available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST for team communication and client coordination.Establish trust by actively listening to clients and showing genuine empathy.Only onboard clients who are a perfect fit for our program.Help clients make the best decisions for their health and mindset, even if it challenges their comfort zone.Track performance metrics daily and identify areas for improvement.Keep all client interactions and activities accurately recorded in our CRM system.Represent The Bar’s professionalism and commitment to excellence in every interaction.RequirementsAt least 1 year of proven experience as a sales closer or similar target-driven role.Experience in health, wellness, or related niches is a bonus.Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to build trust and genuinely connect with clients.Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of overall sales industry experience is preferred.Familiarity with full-cycle sales, including discovery, pitching, and closing.Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Expected to be fitness-oriented with at least 6 months of personal workout experience showing tangible results.BenefitsFixed salary of ₹20,000/month with performance-based commission starting from the 8th sale.International trips and 5-star hotel stays for top performers.Additional incentives and performance bonuses.Play a pivotal role in transforming lives and empowering individuals.Ongoing training and opportunities to refine your sales and communication skills.Join a passionate, results-driven team dedicated to redefining fitness and mindset coaching.If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and help clients achieve their full potential, we want to hear from you!
