This hybrid role is perfect for those who excel in both customer engagement and technical expertise, helping us expand our reach while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:– Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and potential customers to promote Immunoshop’s product portfolio.– Identify and nurture leads, closing deals for diagnostic instruments and reagents in the assigned territory.– Achieve sales targets by driving instrument placements and ensuring regular reagent orders from customers.– Collaborate with distributors to enhance market presence and achieve mutual growth objectives.Service Responsibilities:– Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for diagnostic instruments, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.– Conduct user training sessions to empower customers to operate instruments effectively.– Execute and document Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC).– Support revenue generation through timely AMC and CMC collections and maintain strong service relationships to drive repeat sales.Customer Focus:– Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively resolving issues and maintaining high service standards.– Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.Skills & Competencies:– Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair instruments independently after training.– Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.– Sales acumen to identify opportunities and achieve targets.– Self-motivated, responsive, and results-driven with strong time management skills.– Proficiency in diagnostic instruments like CLIA, Hematology, HPLC, or related automation technologies.Qualifications & Experience:– Engineering degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.– 2–6 years of combined experience in sales and/or service roles in the medical diagnostics or healthcare sector.– Experience in managing both sales and service responsibilities is a strong advantage.WHY IMMUNOSHOPImmunoshop, with a 22-year track record of excellence, is a trusted name in the diagnostic industry with a strong all-India presence.
