The current team has members with a combined 40+ years of work experience in building high-quality crypto technology as well as scaling start-ups. The founding team members are from IITs, IIMs, and Ivy League Universities with experience across acclaimed firms like Swiggy, , Comcast, Paypal, , etc.The Role: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.Create clear, actionable reports based on MISCreate systems and processes that support reporting and accounting controlsBusiness Finance:Identify and develop KPIs of business unitsIdentify key optimization areas and drive projects that lead to margin improvement.Understand broader industry trends, participate in creation of annual and long range operating plans.Create and improve relevant financial models to aid in decision making.Requirement: 2+ years in finance, with 1+ years in an FP&A role.Proficient in financial modeling, data analytics (Excel, SQL, Tableau).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong business understanding.Strong interest in Crypto/ Fintech.
