Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Oversee and manage production activities across Unit 1 and Unit 2 to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.Warehouse & Logistics: Manage the storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.IT Management: Oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure that all technological systems and processes are in place to support operations.Administration: Oversee general office management, facility services, and administrative support to ensure a well-functioning plant environment.Human Resources: Lead HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, to ensure a motivated and capable workforce.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards, maintaining the highest levels of operational excellence.Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to meet production targets and business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all plant operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Leadership & Team Development: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Skills & QualificationMinimum of 25 years of experience in plant operations, with a strong background in production management, logistics, IT, administration, and HR.Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing large teams and complex operations.In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for API manufacturing.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Experience in facing and managing international audits such as EDQM, US FDA, ANVISA, PMDA, WHO, GMP, as well as client audits from across EU, US, LATAM, and Asian country representatives.
