For more details, please visit our website URL: Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate must has a strong analytical mind, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.Job description: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies. Identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas. Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign. Manage the day-to-day execution of digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Write compelling ad copy and work with designers to create engaging visuals. Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights. Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad effectiveness. Allocate and manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms. Track spending and adjust budgets based on performance and goals. Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders. Communicate regularly with clients or internal teams to provide updates and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategy.Required Skill Set: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Ads Manager or in a similar role. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
