To know more, check out our website: Responsibilities Agent On boarding Manage and streamline the vendor on boarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the B2B platform. Achieve targets for on boarding a specified number of agents within designated time frames. Agent Engagement Reach out to and actively engage with agents who sign up for the B2B portal. Achieve measurable KPIs for agent engagement and retention. Agent Support Provide hands-on support to B2B agents, guiding them through on boarding and operational processes. Track and improve agent satisfaction scores and their active participation metrics. Market Development Identify and evaluate target markets and customer segments for potential growth opportunities. Achieve specified growth metrics in terms of customer base and revenue generation. Lead Conversion Conduct follow-up calls with B2B leads to facilitate engagement and conversion. Maintain and meet targets for lead conversion rates and sales closures. Revenue Generation Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets set for the B2B platform.Requirements: • Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. • A proactive and hardworking attitude with a strong desire to learn. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new processes.
