All our fresh products are made for the day they are shipped to retail stores. We have zero finished goods inventory, and hence no intermediary stockists or transitory warehouses. This is possible only with the help of an inhouse fleet of vehicles and distribution personnel. Currently a fleet of 500+ dedicated vehicles and crew touch 30,000 retailers daily and replenish 100,000+ Kgs units of the freshest produce.Job OverviewThe Factory HR Lead, India, is responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the manufacturing plant's goals and objectives. This role involves partnering with plant leadership to provide strategic HR support, fostering a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.This role reports to India HR Head and will be managing entire HR gamut of manufacturing function.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with plant leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of these goals. Lead recruitment efforts and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, OD and act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and succession planning to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, including employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and career development opportunities. Identify training needs, support leadership development initiatives and drive the performance management process within the plant, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the manufacturing plant. Monitor compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety regulations, taking corrective action when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements. Lead and support change management initiatives within the plant ,ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with leadership to manage organizational changes, including restructuring, layoffs, and mergers. Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement, to identify trends and areas for improvement.Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred. 7-14 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in manufacturing or a related industry. Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, with a track record of successfully partnering with business leaders.
