The Demand Generation Specialist will play an pivotal role in developing and executing demand generation strategies that generate high-quality leads for the sales team across different regions.Role and Responsibilities: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities and meetings for sales team Initiate outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and introduce company services Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and lead follow-up Utilize AI automation tools to build and optimize lead nurturing workflows for targeted industries Monitor and optimize the lead funnel, from initial contact through to conversion and handoff to sales Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand generation and digital marketing Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and track all interactions until closure Manage and execute call and email campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunitiesSkills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing or a related role in North America, APAC or Europe Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messages across different channels Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and multiple regions simultaneously Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt strategies and implement them across marketing team
