This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to financial management.What you will do: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support business goals. Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for management review. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, IRDA compliance, tax laws, and corporate policies. Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage investments to ensure liquidity while optimizing revenue operations for timely cash inflows. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to promote efficiency and accountability. Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing strong internal controls. Partner with various departments to provide financial insights, optimize operational processes, and drive cost optimization. Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role and recent experience at an Insurance broking firm Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
