You'll be instrumental in expanding our client base in India and driving revenue growth through innovative performance marketing solutions.Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential advertiser segments. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients. Negotiate and close deals that maximize revenue and profitability. Actively prospect and generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media, networking). Qualify leads based on their potential value and alignment with our target market. Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition. Utilize HubSpot to track and manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.Required Competencies: Business Acumen: Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and online advertising. Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Understand various affiliate marketing models ( CPA, CPL, CPC , etc.) Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Financial acumen to understand P&L statements, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot. Experience with marketing automation tools and digital analytics platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Persuasive and negotiation skills to influence and close deals. Strong presentation and storytelling skills to deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue Growth: Achieve specific revenue targets through new client acquisition. Win Rate: Improve the win rate of sales proposals and presentations.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, with a focus on new advertiser acquisition. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and acquiring new advertisers. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based advertising models. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and organizational success, as evidenced by a consistent tenure of at least three years with each previous employer.
