We are looking for anExecutive | Senior Executive - Process Safety,who will be responsible for activities of theEHS functionof our Site at Dahej .Job Location - Dahej ,BharuchQualification: -BE | BTech Chemical Engineering + PDISExperience:- 5 to 7 yearsJob responsibility: Responsible for process safety reviews and develop recommendations for addressing process safety issues. Gain complete understanding of products and process and recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to work place hazards. Responsible to provide coaching to production team on identification and resolution of process safety issues. Assist in coordination of PHA activities, to include pre-hazop preparation, hazop team activities, and PHA reports. Conduct audits for pre-start up Safety reviews( PSSR) and root cause investigation for safety incidents. Conduct process safety audits and coordinate with team for closure of compliance. Develop schedules for Process Hazard Analysis revalidations, operator training, maintenance training, operating procedure certifications, and maintenance procedure certifications for the site. Collaborate with site Safety team in conducting safety intervntions and contributing to Safe work culture.
