The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to deliver high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand ethos. This is an on-site role where you’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design Conceptualize and design visually appealing content for social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials. Create on-brand digital assets including banners, lookbooks, ads, and packaging designs. Work on seasonal campaigns and collections, ensuring a consistent visual identity across platforms. Video Editing Edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, and website usage. Develop creative video content, such as product showcases, styling guides, and brand stories. Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance video storytelling. Brand Alignment Ensure all designs and videos adhere to the brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets that drive engagement and conversions. Trend Awareness Stay updated on industry trends, especially in the fashion and lifestyle sectors. Experiment with innovative design and video techniques to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Project Management Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and feedback for revisions.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Experience:3-5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably with fashion or lifestyle D2C brands. Design Expertise:Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Video Editing Skills:Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Creativity:Exceptional visual storytelling and a strong aesthetic sense. Attention to Detail:A meticulous approach to design and editing, ensuring quality and precision.
