This role involves working closely with senior leadership to ensure the seamless delivery of our digital marketing services.This will be a remote role in the beginning and will transition to in-person as the team grows.Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding:Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of our services. Project Coordination:Monitor and track deliverables across various digital marketing services, ensuring timely and quality execution. Team Support:Aid in hiring, training, and supporting new team members to maintain a high-performance work environment. HR Program Implementation:Assist in implementing HR programs that promote employee engagement and development. SOP Management:Regularly update and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Service Oversight:Oversee the execution of services such as web development, SEO, content marketing, social media management, PPC advertising, email marketing, analytics, and cold calling to ensure alignment with client objectives. Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to maintain the high standards of our digital marketing services. Client Relationship Management:Support the maintenance of strong client relationships through regular communication and addressing any concerns promptly. Operational Reporting:Prepare and present reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.Qualifications:Experience:2+ years in operations, project management, or a related field; experience in digital marketing or technology-based services is advantageous.Experience using Zoho tools is preferred. Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). Knowledge:Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, content marketing, social media management, and analytics is preferred. Mindset:A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
