Job Description Develop comprehensive and user-friendly product documentation for software applications Write and organize content for user guides, training material and online help systems Provide product training and support to users Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect changes in software, hardware, and processes. Ensure all documentation is consistent with company standards and branding. Ensure technical terminology is used correctly and documentation is easy to understand for the intended audience. Collaborate with developers, engineers, business analyst and other technical staff to gather the necessary information and ensure accuracy and clarity in the documentation. Review and edit documentation created by other team members for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. Test documentation against the actual product to ensure accuracy and usability.Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the IT industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of technical concepts and IT terminology. Ability to write clearly and concisely for different audiences, including non-technical users. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Confluence. Knowledge of WordPress is an added advantage. Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.
