The ideal candidate will bring expertise in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives, driving organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives. Attract and retain top talent, plan staffing strategies based on workforce forecasting, liaise with agencies, and independently close hiring positions. Design and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, address grievances, and create a supportive work environment. Oversee performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives to build skills and competencies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while updating HR policies to reflect changes in regulations and business needs. Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and managing annual increments. Maintain HR metrics, monitor trends, prepare reports for leadership, and support data-driven decision-making. Mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 6 years in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices and proven ability to manage HR functions in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Skills : Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Strong strategic thinking capabilities paired with attention to operational details.
