Process Optimization : Streamline recruitment workflows and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum3+ yearsof experience in talent acquisition, with expertise inbulk hiringand/orspecialized tech/non-tech roles . Proven experience managing and developing recruitment teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decision-making.
