In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver… Processes, targets and day to day operations Reports, trackers and analysis Responsibilities will include; Managing loan disbursements i.e. approvals to be taken from management and internal team Own the loan KYC process with maximum efficiency in terms of output and TAT Reconciliations from system and bank transfers Inter Bank transfers and Bank transfers to be done for disbursements from respective bank accounts Tech enhancement Managing the team for loan docs checking and escalations for loan disbursements To ensure all the documentation are correct before the disbursements Loan cancellation process Prepare Daily, Monthly, Weekly MIS Maintain different trackers for the management and keep them updated Coordination between internal team and partners Impact Create scalable, efficient and reliable lending operations (disbursement, collection, etc.) Move towards a more automated process Qualification & Experience (type & industry) Graduate/ Post graduate from a reputed college/ University; MBA/ CA/ Finance degree (Preferred) 5+ years of experience in Financial/NBFC/Banking/related industries; in similar Operations roles Skills & know-how Specialist who understands the loan process Experience in a high velocity, ambiguous environment In-depth understanding of compliances and process documentation Problem solving and decision-making skills Deadline & detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast paced and flexible environment Ability to multi-task and manage complex client situations Excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills
