Research and pursue new business opportunities in Indian markets, focusing on a “hunting” sales approach to open new accounts. Develop and implement sales plans, pursuit strategies, and manage a robust business pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and deliver persuasive client pitches. Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and progress using CRM tools.Requirements:Proven experience in independently finding and closing deals in India, with a focus on hardware product development solutions or similar business services. Strong knowledge of sales processes and a successful track record in hunting new business across diverse verticals. Exceptional business development and relationship management skills. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM software for lead and opportunity tracking. Candidates with a background in engineering and experience selling to Indian markets will be given preference.
