The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across marketing, sales, operations, and product development. The ideal candidate is passionate about numbers, has a strong foundation in data analysis, and is eager to contribute to the success of a purpose-driven brand.Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Prepare and present data-driven reports to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, products, and overall business performance. Maintain and update data dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools and platforms. Support predictive and prescriptive analytics to guide future strategies.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
