ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan. Create, manage, and optimize digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns usingGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Oversee budgets and campaigns across digital channels to maximize ROI and ensure efficient Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC). Drive lead generation in B2B markets through highly targeted and optimized advertising campaigns. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media channels. Identify and experiment with new channels and strategies to meet or exceed established performance metrics. Collaborate closely with management to propose funnel conversion improvements, share feedback, and present results. Key RequirementsA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, with a successful track record in B2B lead generation and multi-channel marketing strategies, includingGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Proficiency in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, with expertise in Google Analytics. Hands-on experience in creating and designing effective landing pages (preferably on WordPress) and constructing marketing funnels that drive conversions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends. Highly goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.
