This is a commission-based role where the primary responsibility is to bring in bulk orders from businesses, retail chains, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.Key Responsbilities Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, including retail stores, wholesalers, restaurants, and other businesses.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with clients, pitch Baaduli’s product range, and close deals.Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable deals.Order Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain client satisfaction.Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports to the managementRequirementsProven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG, organic, or food products sector.Strong network within the food, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently.Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
