Location: Navi MumbaiWe are looking for candidates who are open to relocate however we will consider remote working for the right profile.About the Role:Everyday, our research team verifies data from thousands of sources, capturing information on a range of subjects using internet research and uploading incoming information.You will be a member of a team providing media analysis/insights services for global brands, focusing on Onclusive key markets: US, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy,Ireland, etc. This role entails the analysis and insights of published media content on a wide range of sectors: foreign affairs, politics, economy, entertainment, etc.This role is working on a 5 day rotational shift pattern.Your responsibilities:Main responsibilities include:Analysis of news contentResearching and adding content to the Onclusive databaseEnsure accuracy and consistency while adhering to predefined guidelines.Contact organisations via email to confirm the accuracy of our dataYou will provide summaries, written in British English and American English to provide an overview of the relevant stories.Service standards and improvementYou will ensure timely delivery against project deadlines, working closely with your Team Leader and communicating any issues that arise.Responsibility for content in a specific marketCommunicationYou will maintain effective and frequent communication with the team to ensure issues are addressed promptly.Work with colleagues within your team working to ensure consistency of analysis.Who you are:Desirable qualities:A proven interest in media culture & understanding of the global corporate and political news agenda1-3 years experience in a related fieldGood IT and typing skills and an ability to use the Internet and social media as effective research toolsAbility to accurately interpret and summarise press releasesGood organisational skills and time managementAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise large volumes of data effectively and work to strict daily and weekly deadlinesFlexibility and reliabilityTeam ethicDesirable languages:Mandatory: High level of literacy in American English or British English with strong grammar and spelling.Knowledge of French, Spanish is a plusWhat we can offer:We are a global fast growing company which offers a variety of opportunities for you to develop your skill set and career.
