The Writer will work closely with clients, members of our team. This is a full-time and remote position.QualificationsThree or more years of immigration writing experience, specifically in preparing employment-based NIV/IV petitionsA thorough understanding of the current immigration laws and regulations and experience working with government agencies such as USCIS, DOS, and CBPA proven track record of exceptional client service and satisfactionStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues to a non-legal audienceAbility to work independently, as well as part of a team, to deliver high-quality and timely work productCompensationWe provide highly competitive compensation and a flexible vacation policy.
