This pivotal role is fully supported by Middle Management across all areas. Acting as the key link between Galley Management and the junior positions within the Galley operation, the CDP must possess comprehensive knowledge of all sections in both the hot and cold kitchens.The role involves contributing suggestions and ideas for improvements to the overall Galley team, including identifying training needs and addressing operational issues as they arise. Additional responsibilities include preparing daily electronic food requisitions, ensuring merchandise in Galley stores is accurately checked, and upholding strict compliance with all Public Health Policies and Company Regulations.The CDP must enforce and maintain "clean as you go" practices to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout food preparation and storage areas.How to Apply:Please visit our website, and click on Apply at the top of the page.
