Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent across all levels. This role is tailored for professionals with a strong background in talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy environment. Candidates with expertise in scalable recruitment processes and proven success in delivering high-quality talent solutions will excel in this position. As a key player in our growth journey, you will partner closely with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition StrategyDesign and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet immediate and long-term hiring needs.Innovate sourcing methods to build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates, leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and industry connections.Stay updated on market trends, ensuring hiring strategies remain competitive and aligned with business priorities.Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and ensure seamless alignment with recruitment goals.Recruitment Process ManagementOversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.Optimize recruitment workflows to increase efficiency, improve time-to-hire, and boost offer acceptance rates.Implement and maximize the use of ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools to enhance team productivity.Lead initiatives to elevate the employer brand, creating compelling narratives to attract top talent.Team Leadership and Stakeholder EngagementMentor and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights and strategies for achieving hiring excellence.Build and nurture relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to support specialized hiring needs.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.Strong background in talent acquisition consultancy, with proven expertise in delivering scalable and high-quality recruitment solutions. (Must Have)Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment across various industries and levels.Strong familiarity with modern recruitment tools, particularly Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring for specialized or technical roles, such as IT, engineering, or automation.Exposure to high-volume hiring and workforce planning.Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.Skills and CompetenciesDeep understanding of talent acquisition trends and methodologies.Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and guide recruitment teams.Proficiency in managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines and quality.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset to track, interpret, and act on recruitment performance metrics.Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPA
