@JD :- Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions for our clients while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, coding, and approval workflows. Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Coordinate with various customer departments to obtain necessary approvals and resolve invoice discrepancies. Review and analyze vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for and paid in a timely manner. Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies. Prepare and process weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers. Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations. Provide support for audits and respond to inquiries from auditors as needed. Qualifications: BCom, MCom, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Concur, NetSuite as well as Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent English Speaking, Comprehension and Writing skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally. Experience with process improvements and implementing best practices is highly desirable. Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Prior experience with night shifts.
