Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a global R codebase for generating CDISC ADaM datasets, as well as tables, listings, and figures, in line with clinical trial data requirements.Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement project-specific data requirements.Provide technical expertise and support for data analysis and reporting activities.Perform rigorous quality control and validation of outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.Contribute to process enhancements and the development of R programming standards. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.At least 3 years of experience in R programming, including familiarity with R packages (e.g., Tidyverse, ggplot2, survival).Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools within R.Experience working with clinical trial data and knowledge of CDISC ADaM and SDTM standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
