This is an IC Role and you will own end to end value chain of the Business.Responsibilities:1. Cross-selling/ selling executive search opportunities to our existing & potential clients.2. Managing Client Relationships and Delivering on Search Mandates3. Owning & Managing P&L Responsibility of the Executive Search business.4 Drive end-to-end recruitment for executive-level positions in the IT domain.5 Source, evaluate, and shortlist high-caliber candidates using diverse sourcing strategies, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools.6 Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.7 Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.Qualification & Competencies:1. Demonstrated 360-degree business management experience in Executive Search business2. Prior experience in dealing with the technology industry is a must.3. Expected experience of 10+ years4. Good Oral and Written Communication Skills5.
