Job Title: Client Success PartnerCompany: P.LabsLocation: RemoteExperience: 2 years requiredReports to: CBOJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and client-focused person with a strong understanding of SEO and paid media to manage a portfolio of accounts. The role involves coordinating digital marketing campaigns across platforms like META and Google, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving performance improvements. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, presenting performance reports, managing KPIs, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for continuous learning in digital marketing.Education: MBA/MCom or Masters degree preferable.Job Role:Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with clients to understand plans for campaigns across media channels such as META, Google, etc.Obtain budget approvals from clients for all activities.Develop and present performance marketing content calendars to clients’ social media teams.Collaborate with SEO clients on tasks, updates, and campaign alignment.Create pitch decks to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.Ideate brand content and partnerships to augment revenue growth.Ensure timely account setup, tracking, and integration with the internal team.Coordinate with vendors for creative production setup.Monitor and report on client deliverables, KPIs, and campaign performance.Build long-term relationships with clients.Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs.Plan and implement digital strategies for clients.Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns.Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.Prepare and present reports on their progress.Keep abreast of new trends in digital technology.Key Success Metrics:Client retention.Improvement in KPIs of clients compared to onboarding or while taking on the client.Efficiency improvement in processes with clients.Key Skills:Understanding of SEO and paid media is necessary to make sense of this role.Great interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.Adept at technology with a working understanding of digital media preferred.Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver clients' KPIs.Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts.Key Behavioural traits:Go-getter.Self-starter, intrinsically motivated.Passionate.Committed to learning every day.Self-disciplined.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Do you have prior experience with digital marketing?Have you ran ads on various platforms like meta, google etc priorly?Experience:total work: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Location: Remote
