Some of the leading brands in the world such as Swiggy, Dominos Pizza, Adidas, Dior, and more us today.We’re looking for a strong, driven, sales and business development “hunter” based in India to work closely with the CEO to drive growth across the region.What will you do?Drive revenue for our company — from prospecting customers, conducting demos, and closing customers for our B2B SaaS solutionOutbound prospecting (cold-emailing, cold-calling), participating in events, and in general account-based sales will be the fundamental part of the roleYou should be able to run a tight well-designed sales process that will hit your targets (or exceed them), be good at handling objections, and getting the deal to a close through negotiationsFor the right candidate, this role could grow into potentially leading the revenue function for KNOW over timeMaintaining the relationship with customer leadersBuild positive relationships throughout the ecosystemWork with customer success, support, and product teams to solve customer issues and suggest enhancements to the productAchieve and even exceed, agreed sales targetsWork closely with the founder and other teams to collate future customer needs, problems, interests, competitive landscape, and potential for new features/solutionsWhat you need to have?5+ years of sales experience — preferably selling business solutions to industries like retail, restaurant chains, and logistics companiesIntricate understanding of your industry, including contacts of key clients, and existing relationships (huge plus)Background in software sales a huge plusBe driven to be a sales rockstar — strongly motivated by commissions (bringing in revenue), and also in delighting the customerBe self motivated — no one needs to supervise you closely.
