This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of CXO India by engaging with senior executives and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic and insightful leader with a proven track record of success in business development or client relationship management, particularly with C-suite professionals. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our platform and work directly with influential leaders across diverse industries.Responsibilities:CXO Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives (CXOs) within our network and target organizations. This involves proactive outreach, understanding their needs, and positioning CXO India as a valuable resource.Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, that are aligned with CXO India's strategic goals.Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, potential partners, and influential individuals.Platform Growth: Contribute to strategies aimed at growing the CXO India platform membership and engagement.Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, membership acquisition, and other commercial activities.Content & Program Development Input: Provide valuable insights from CXO interactions to inform the development of relevant content, events, and programs for our executive audience.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of senior business leaders.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, technology) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.Qualifications:Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a top-tier management institute in India (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, JBIMS, SPJIMR, and other colleges within the top 25 rankings).Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or strategic partnerships, preferably with exposure to senior-level executives.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to C-suite audiences.Leadership & Inspiration: Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence others, build rapport quickly, and foster trust-based relationships.CXO Acumen: Comfortable and confident in engaging in meaningful conversations with CXOs, understanding their perspectives and challenges.Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach.Networking Skills: Excellent networking abilities and a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships.Passion for Leadership Development: A genuine interest in leadership development and the challenges and opportunities faced by global business leaders.Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Bonus Points:Prior experience working with or selling to C-suite executives.Experience in leadership development and product management is a plus.Established a network of senior business leaders.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Equity in CXO India.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.Exposure to a global network of influential CXOs.Significant impact on shaping the future of leadership.Professional development opportunities.
