Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage Azure-based DevOps solutions, with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous delivery. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Azure services, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools to optimize development and deployment workflows.Key Responsibilities:DevOps Pipeline Development and Management:Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Automate code deployment, testing, and release processes across development, staging, and production environments.Collaborate with development teams to integrate Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, and build/release workflows.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform:Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform to ensure consistency and scalability.Implement reusable Terraform modules for deploying Azure resources efficiently.Maintain and improve IaC practices for infrastructure provisioning and management.Monitoring and Performance Optimization:Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.Optimize build and release processes for faster and more reliable deployments.Identify and resolve performance issues in DevOps pipelines and deployed applications.Automation and Scripting:Write scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate repetitive operational tasks.Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust and reliable code deployments.Security and Compliance:Integrate security checks, vulnerability scans, and compliance validation into CI/CD pipelines.Enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and Azure Policies for secure and compliant operations.Collaboration and Documentation:Work closely with developers, architects, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.Document workflows, best practices, and infrastructure configurations for team knowledge sharing.Required Qualifications:Strong experience with Azure DevOps services (pipelines, repos, artifacts).Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code in Azure.Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Virtual Machines, and App Services.Deep understanding of CI/CD principles, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build automation tools.Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.Preferred Qualifications:Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect).Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments, including integrating DevSecOps principles.
