Job Description:• 5 or more years of experience in project coordination.• Knowledge within the beauty industry or consumer goods industry.• Extensive experience in coordinating teams; Packaging, Artwork, Suppliers, Procurement, and Brands.• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.• Knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.• Proficient in Project Management software tools.• Participate in Brand project meetings and serve as the single point of contact for the Brand, Developers, Procurement and Supplier questions are raised. Also, work with the Brand team to propose changes/improvements to meetings if necessary.• Evaluate potential project/process related concerns and develop solutions.• Plan and manage project schedules.• Track current projects (Regulatory and large-scale Business Continuity Projects) and coordinate with all team members to meet timeline requirements.• Manage project-related systems by ensuring all necessary trackers and scorecards are current and ensure documents are maintained within the Quickbase/MS Teams/SharePoint locations.• Lead Packaging project meetings, document meeting minutes, and direct project correspondence to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.• Collaborate with Brand leads to help establish/communicate project requirements, scope, and objectives.• Collaborate with Procurement to help establish priorities with suppliers and escalate support requests as needed.• Provide support to the Developer resources throughout the Artwork, Spec Approval execution and ensure project related information is being cascaded, in a timely manner, to the appropriate Developer as needed.Exp: 7-12 yearsLoc: MumbaiShare CV to sphurti.pattar_ext@
