With a focus on experience and hard work, we make things happen for our clients quickly and effectively.The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales including customer service, training, sales management and communication. The role is based in Indore, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and offers flexibility for some remote work.Freshers are welcome to apply. We have entry-level and experienced positionsThe role is an integral part of the business, Healthcare experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory. You will be a proactive self-starter with the digital know-how to support business, sales and marketing activity and execution, identifying, analysing & executing new business leads. You will manage existing services to improve customer satisfaction and aid business growth.You will understand clients demands (working backward mentality) which will help drive more business for IRS. This will also help contribute to providing world-class services for new and existing clients.The objective is to allow no compromise when it comes to delivering the best service/ providing the best solutions to our clients.Job DescriptionEngaging with B2C and B2B Researching new markets and identifying potential customers from these areas. Taking clients requirements and developing detailed business plans to meet Client’s requirementsOrganize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirementsMeet with clients when needed and perform an initial assessment to understand client’s situationCollecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirementsAnalyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes in order to find implementable solutions Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical adviceAssist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepanciesProvide guidance for any occurring problems and issuesResearching new markets and identifying potential customers from these areas.Liaise with both new and existing clients to review existing services and advise how this could be improved for mutual benefitsOversee the management and development of existing sales accounts to maximise service delivery and increase margin through adding value to the existing services, upselling, cross-selling, etcEnsuring all relevant information is communicated across the business, to the team as well as to the clientsResearch on competitors to know what they are doing better than IRS, discuss, and implement new ideas and opportunities to keep IRS above the competition.Manage, maintain & develop existing sales accounts whilst maximising IRS services to increase marginPreparing marketing impact and updating reportsCRM maintenanceProducing marketing emails for prospects and clientsMonitoring of brand mentions and potential opportunities across print, social, broadcast and online media.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience in B2B & B2C Sales and marketingStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
