Experience: 3+ years Skills Required:Experience with Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Cold Calling, and platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.Knowledge of website development and app development services.Understanding of targeted audiences and how to engage them effectively.Proven experience with client acquisition and the ability to build relationships with direct clients.Passionate about IT consulting, business development, and lead generation.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills to build relationships with clients.Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential clients on online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, , and other freelancing websites.Create and manage bid proposals, focusing on winning projects related to IT consulting, website development, and app development.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Write and send personalized bids and responses to client inquiries.Analyze client requirements and propose the best solutions to meet their needs.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project finalization.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.Track and report on bid success rates and project conversion metrics.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to craft competitive bids.Ensure clear communication with clients throughout the bidding process, addressing any queries promptly.
