Inviting applications for the role of Adobe Journey Optimizer Campaign developerIn this role, you will plan, define, and help the client understand the best way to design, build, QA and deploy marketing campaign capabilities based on their needs and business requirements. They for responsible for developing journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and implementing personalized and dynamic messages and landing pages as well as being fluent in Marketing automation tools. They’re also experienced in advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration. They should have fair understanding of end-to-end Campaign Operation Process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows based on business requirements and marketing objectives.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business requirements andtranslate them into technical requirements for campaignsDevelop email templates, which will include coding of emails using HTML, CSS, modules and Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns (including multi touch point campaigns) and workflows to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.Build API’s, Data Model, Data Schemas, Input form, Delivery templates, webapp, Coupon, Message center, IP whitelisting and User managementDesigning custom formula fields, workflows, field validation rules, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generationResponsible for the development in Adobe Campaign which included creation of schemas, input forms and workflowsTroubleshoot campaign issues and provide technical support to the marketing team / stakeholders.Implement best practices for data management, segmentation, personalization, naming conventions and automation within Adobe Journey Optimizer.Collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure campaignsintegrate seamlessly with other technologies and systems.Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Journey Optimizer features and capabilitiesand make recommendations for how they can be leveraged to improve campaign performance.Document and maintain technical documentation for campaigns and workflows.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Adobe Journey Optimizercampaigns and workflows.Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy and security regulations and standards.Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communicationsQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills Relevant experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns development and implementation Able to operate independently with solid business acumen including a good sense of how a well-integrated Adobe Platform systems can be utilized to improve business Hands on experience on Adobe Journey optimizer (AJO) APIs and Application Knowledge Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including data management, segmentation, personalization, and automationAbility to develop SQL queries from the scratch is a minimal expectation for Data Management activities.Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors would be preferred.Experience with responsive website design and various forms of online marketing including mobile, social, content, email, etc.Understanding of Marketing lifecycle and different stages of sales funnel.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.Strong command of English and communication skills (Spoken and written)Experience in creating customer journeys and automate it across a wide array of products and services.Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and interpersonal skillsCan work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function.An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalentHighly strategic and able to uncover and understand business needsPreferred certifications in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience PlatformAJO experience with related technologies preferredExperience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Deep knowledge of modern client-side technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptHave worked in a Banking and Finance domainGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
