The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment by acquiring and managing key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies to meet sales targets and ensuring seamless execution of MICE projects.Key Responsibilities:1.Sales & Business Development:•Identify and acquire new corporate clients and travel agencies for MICE services.•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.•Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets.2.Client Engagement & Proposals:•Understand client needs and propose customized MICE solutions.•Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and itineraries for events and trips.•Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure business deals.3.Market Research & Strategy:•Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.•Develop innovative packages and promotions tailored to client demands.4.Project Coordination:•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and trips.•Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning and execution phases.5.Reporting & Analysis:•Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project outcomes.•Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.Key Skills & Qualifications:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.•Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MICE sales, travel, or event management.•Skills:•Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Knowledge of the MICE industry, including destinations, venues, and logistics.•Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.•Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.•Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.What We Offer:•Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.•Opportunities for career growth and professional development.•A dynamic and collaborative work environment.•Exposure to global MICE trends and markets.Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients while driving growth in the MICE segment!
