This role will encompass a variety of systems and network management tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our business-critical applications and services.Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based infrastructure and Microsoft 365 platform.Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device management and security.Oversee identity management, including Entra ID and Federation services.Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN).Configure and maintain cloud services in Azure and AWS.Manage network security for secure internet and private application access.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.To succeed in this role, you will:Identify and implement new technologies for automation of manual tasks.Manage/monitor/patch the server environment as well as EUC environmentsDevelop networking solutionsCollaborate with Security and Cloud teams on projectsSupport integration following corporate acquisitionsPropose solutions to address complex problemsHelp support and provide knowledge transfer to our L1 and L2 Support Desk team.Requirements:Microsoft/WindowsMicrosoft 365 platformIntune/RMM ToolingIdentity Management (Entra ID, Federation, etc.)Networking (LAN)Azure, AWSNetworking securityPatch ManagementThe guiding principles for success at Norstella:01: Bold, Passionate, Mission-First We have a lofty mission to Smooth Access to Life Saving Therapies and we will get there by being bold and passionate about the mission and our clients.
