Key Requirements:3-5 years of experience in India recruitment (preferably in a staffing agency environment).Experience recruiting for a range of tech roles, including technical, development, and support positions.Strong knowledge of Indian recruitment practices and employment laws.Proven experience using Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs), and other sourcing tools.Experience in cold-calling and building relationships with passive candidates.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with staffing firms or Indian clients.Familiarity with recruitment tracking tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
