Blue Yonder Consultant Key Responsibilities • Implement and configure Blue Yonder solutions for supply chain, warehouse management, and other modules. • Perform migration of Blue Yonder solutions to cloud environments and provide on-premises support. • Design and execute application testing processes, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Monitor system performance, detect issues, and troubleshoot Blue Yonder applications to ensure system stability and performance. • Provide application design and development support to meet business requirements. • Perform hands-on troubleshooting to resolve critical system and application issues. • Ensure effective license management, compliance, and optimization for Blue Yonder applications. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-performing solutions and resolve technical challenges. • Support upgrades, patches, and version migrations for Blue Yonder applications. • Develop documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions, including implementation and support. • Expertise in migration of Blue Yonder solutions to cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure. • Hands-on experience with application design, testing, and troubleshooting of Blue Yonder applications. • Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools to ensure application stability and performance. • Proficiency in performance tuning, issue resolution, and troubleshooting methodologies. • Experience with license management, compliance, and resource optimization
