Website Marketing ManagerLocation - BengaluruAbout the Role: We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Website Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for design, development and optimization of web pages that enhance the user experience, drive engagement, and increase conversions. This position combines web design expertise with a solid understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, SEO, and lead generation strategies.Responsibilities:Develop and implement high-quality, visually engaging landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversion.Design user-centric web experiences that guide users through an intuitive journey from landing page to conversion.Optimize on-page SEO, and content structure to maximize organic search rankings and attract targeted traffic by closely working with SEO team.Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and customer behaviour analysis to refine user flows and increase engagement.Coordinate with content and marketing teams to implement cohesive strategies that align with brand messaging and customer needs.Implement responsive designs that deliver seamless experiences across all devices.Track and analyze web metrics to assess and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.Core Skills:Web Development & Design: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).User Experience & User Interface (UX/UI): Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and user-centered design to ensure easy navigation and intuitive user journeys.Conversion Optimization & Analytics: Knowledge of CRO principles, experience with A/B testing platforms, and ability to leverage data from tools like Google Analytics.SEO Knowledge: Expertise in on-page SEO, keyword research, and understanding of SEO best practices to improve search rankings.Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, content, and marketing teams.Project Management: Efficient in managing multiple web projects and adhering to deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the design and development of web pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization.Mandatory to have worked with tools such as (1) Google Analytics, (2) Google Tag Manager, (3) Webengage or CleverTap or Moengage, (4) CRM and Lead management platforms such as Salesforce or Leadsquared or Hubspot, (5) Design tools such as Figma or InVision or Adobe XD
