**** We’re looking for two Technical Recruiters based in India, preferably in a major metro city, to support our U.S.-based recruiting team. We offer a 25% increase over your current Indian salary.****ABOUT RADIANTRadiant is a fast-growing business that provides full cycle digital product management using Agile Software development and data engineering on Cloud PaaS, IaaS and SaaS platforms.JOB SUMMARYThe Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for technical positions (full stack developer, development manager, database engineer, Technical Project Manager, scrum master, business analyst, automation tester, etc.), enhancing the company’s ability to attract and retain a high-performing workforce.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing Candidates:Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to source active and passive candidates.Candidate Engagement:Conduct initial outreach and follow-up communications with candidates.Present the company and job opportunities to potential candidates in a compelling manner.Screening and Interviewing:Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate’s technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.Coordinate technical interviews and facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers.Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for future openings.Engage with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.Market Research and Analysis:Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates.Provide insights on the tech talent market to hiring managers and HR leaders.Offer Negotiation and Closing:Participate in offer negotiations with candidates.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Recordkeeping and Reporting:Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the technology or IT sector.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Self-motivated and driven.Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Team player with a positive attitude.
