Key responsibilities include:Data Analysis and ReportingExtract, analyze, and interpret data sets from platforms such as Vici Dial, CRM, and Qlik to uncover trends.Measure KPIs and track performance metrics.Deliver actionable recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.Performance Monitoring and OptimizationEvaluate performance metrics at individual, team, and departmental levels to identify gaps.Recommend strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.Assess the impact of training, tools, and process changes.Process ImprovementIdentify workflow inefficiencies and propose enhancements.Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized processes.Customer and Business ImpactAnalyze customer feedback to address root causes and enhance retention.Recommend actionable plans to boost customer loyalty and resource allocation.Collaboration and Project ManagementLead or support initiatives to improve departmental performance.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.AI-Powered Call AnalysisUtilize AI tools to analyze sales and retention call data for key insights.Assess the effectiveness of sales and retention techniques.Provide AI-driven insights to improve sales and retention processes.What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years in call center operations or business analysis.Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Qlik).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into successful outcomes.Cancellation Percentage: Percentage of clients who churn.Cost Efficiency: Reduction in costs and downtime with increased productivity.Why Join 411 Locals?
