We are seeking a talented entry-level pastry chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will prepare various desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation and Execution:Prepare and produce a range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.Monitor and maintain inventory of pastry and baking supplies.Quality Control:Uphold high standards of food quality and consistency.Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to ensure flavours, textures, and presentation meet expectations.Safety and Sanitation:Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, methods, and kitchen equipment.Creative flair and passion for developing new recipes and dessert presentations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Formal culinary education or equivalent experience preferred.Additional Requirements:Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Salary & Other Benefits:Salary up to 16.5k.Service Charge & Tips.Food & Accommodation.9-Hour Shift.6 Days a week.
