Position: Cooler TechnicianExperience: Minimum of 2 years in fixing and repairing refrigerators, coolers, and chillers.Salary: BD 200 (including food)Accommodation Allowance: BD 40Transportation: Provided for close areasLeave Policy: 30 days annual leave per yearWorking Hours: 48 working hours per weekOvertime: As requiredSkills:Technical Expertise:Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigerators, coolers, and chillers.In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and mechanical systems used in cooling equipment.Problem-Solving:Strong diagnostic skills to identify issues with cooling systems quickly and efficiently.Ability to fix common and complex faults in refrigeration and cooling systems, minimizing downtime.Customer Service:Ability to interact professionally with clients, addressing concerns and providing recommendations for system maintenance or upgrades.Clear communication skills to explain technical issues in an understandable manner to non-technical clients.Responsibilities:Installation & Maintenance:Install and set up new cooling systems, including refrigerators, chillers, and coolers, in various locations.Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing worn-out parts.Ensure all systems are functioning properly and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications.Repairs & Troubleshooting:Diagnose faults in refrigeration and cooling systems and carry out necessary repairs.Replace damaged or faulty parts such as compressors, motors, and electrical components.Test and calibrate repaired equipment to ensure it is working efficiently after repairs.Inventory Management:Ensure that tools, spare parts, and equipment are properly maintained and available for repairs.Report to management on the stock levels of parts, tools, and supplies needed for repairs.
