We are now seeking a Lead Generation Specialist for making International Cold Calls to identify and nurture potential opportunities, helping us connect with clients globally and accelerate our mission.  Important Note: Candidates who have applied for a similar position in the last six months are not eligible to reapply. Such applications will be outrightly rejected.  Role Overview: This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Full-Time Remote Role, starting with a two-month contract. For exceptional candidates, direct full-time employment can begin immediately. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will reach out to prospective clients, assess their needs, and identify qualified leads from high-quality contact databases for our sales team to pursue. Key Responsibilities: Engage & Assess: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using contact databases to understand their requirements and introduce Inzint’s IT services and solutions. Qualify Leads: Identify high-potential prospects and determine their level of interest and readiness for further engagement. Collaborate: Work closely with the other members of sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for follow-up and conversion. CRM Maintenance: Accurately log call details, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM for efficient lead tracking and management. Market Feedback: Share insights on prospect responses to refine strategies and improve engagement efforts. Meet Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed lead qualification and handover targets.  Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling or lead generation within an IT service company. Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with global markets, including North America, EU, GCC, or Australia. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of IT services such as cloud computing, AI/ML, and software development. CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage leads. Professionalism: Resilient, results-oriented, and capable of handling rejection gracefully. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.  Preferred (Good-to-have) Qualifications: Experience working with data-driven lead generation tools or platforms. Prior exposure to international B2B markets and their sales cycles. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.  What We Offer: Attractive Compensation: ₹ 4-5 LPA including incentives, with unlimited earning potential for high performers. Remote Flexibility: Permanent work-from-home with semi-flexible hours. Growth Opportunities: A collaborative and dynamic environment offering avenues for professional advancement. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 5-day workweek with a vibrant, young team where the average age is 24. Learning Culture: Mentorship from senior leadership to accelerate your career.  Be part of a company where your efforts directly impact growth.
